Terms of service

OrganicIQ is owned and operated by Web Experty LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. Throughout these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Web Experty LLC, and “you” means the person or organisation buying or using the service. Our registered address and contact addresses are at the foot of this page.

OrganicIQ is a software-as-a-service application that monitors publicly available pages on websites you nominate, compares topic coverage between your website and those sites, and records the answers returned by the AI providers we support for the prompts you choose to track.

OrganicIQ reports observations. It does not promise, and cannot promise, any particular search ranking, volume of organic traffic, or mention of your brand in any AI-generated answer.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Each plan permits a fixed number of users. You must not share a single login between people in order to exceed that number.
• You must give accurate contact details, including a working email address and phone number, so we can reach you about your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of an organisation.

You agree not to use OrganicIQ to:

• monitor websites in a manner that breaches their terms of use or applicable law;
• attempt to access areas of a third-party site that are not publicly available, including anything behind a login or paywall;
• circumvent the crawl limits, rate limits or politeness delays built into the service;
• probe, scan or test the security of the service or the infrastructure it runs on;
• resell or redistribute the service, or substantial extracts of its output, as your own product.

OrganicIQ respects robots.txt directives for its own user agent and limits the rate at which it requests pages. You must not attempt to defeat those controls.

• Plans are sold as fixed terms of 3, 6 or 12 months, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, in pounds sterling (GBP).
• Payment is taken through Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your card details.
• The price shown at checkout is the full amount charged. No sales tax or value added tax is added, because we are not currently registered to collect either. If that changes, any tax will be shown separately before you pay.
• Access begins when your payment is confirmed by Stripe and ends on the expiry date shown on your billing page. Lifetime plans do not expire.
• Fixed-term plans do not renew automatically. There is no recurring charge, no stored card used for a future payment, and nothing to cancel to prevent one.
• Prices may change for future purchases. A change never affects a term you have already paid for.

Your card or bank statement will show ORGANICIQ, charged by Web Experty LLC. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before contacting your bank — we can identify and resolve it faster than a dispute can.

When a fixed term ends, monitoring stops and the intelligence features become unavailable. You will still be able to sign in, view your billing page and renew. We do not delete your projects, competitor history, content gaps, AI results or saved opportunities because a term expired.

You retain all rights in the data you enter. We process it to operate the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use the content of your projects to market to other customers.

We work to keep OrganicIQ available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-is basis. Third-party websites change their structure without notice and AI providers change their models and availability; both can affect what OrganicIQ is able to observe.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings or indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used to attack or abuse third-party websites, or where payment is reversed fraudulently. Where we do so for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of a fixed-term plan.

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will notify account owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in, nor any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of that country. Where that law gives you more than these terms do, that law applies.

Before any formal step, please contact us. Almost every dispute we have seen was a misunderstanding that an email resolved in a day.
