Cancellation policy

A 3, 6 or 12 month plan runs for exactly that period and then stops. We never take a second payment without you choosing a plan again. Lifetime plans are a single payment and do not expire.

You will receive reminder emails before a term ends — at 14 days, 7 days and 1 day — unless you turn expiry reminders off in your settings.

• Competitor monitoring and scheduled AI prompt runs stop.
• The intelligence features — projects, competitors, content gaps, AI visibility, opportunities and reports — become unavailable.
• You can still sign in and use the billing and settings pages.
• Nothing is deleted. Your projects, competitor history, snapshots, content gaps, AI results, saved opportunities and reports all remain.

Renewing restores access to everything exactly as it was. If you renew before your term ends, the new term is added to the time you have left rather than replacing it.

You can stop using OrganicIQ at any time; there is nothing to switch off. If you want a refund for the unused part of a term, see our refund policy — early cancellation on its own does not create an automatic right to a partial refund outside the cases described there.

A workspace owner can remove a team member at any time from the Team page. That frees the seat immediately and does not change the workspace’s plan or expiry date.

Email support@organiciq.net from the address on the account, or use the contact page, and we will delete the account and its associated project data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed, so we will confirm with you before acting. We retain order records where tax and accounting law requires it.

We may end access where our terms of service are breached — for example where OrganicIQ is used to attack third-party sites or to evade crawl limits. Where we end access for any reason other than your breach, we refund the unused portion of your term.
